District wise Statistics of COVID 19 in Tamil Nadu as on 31st March 2021

Coronavirus Disease (COVID 19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered Corona Virus. The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to protect yourself and others from infection, by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.

The Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Government of Tamil Nadu is bringing out daily bulletin on the status of COVID-19. Based on this data, the graph shown below, explains the district wise break up of Overall Statistics of COVID-19 Cases in Tamil Nadu.

This graph indicates, in details, district wise, the Total number of Positive Cases, Total number of Active Cases, Total number of Discharged and Death Cases in Tamil Nadu as on 31st March 2021.
