During 2018-19, expenditure of Rs. 1,213.64 lakh was incurred under activity of publicity for the programme for Ayushman Bharat – Health & Wellness Centres/ Comprehensive Primary Health Care in India. The top 5 States/UTs with respect to activity of publicity for the programme for Ayushman Bharat – Health & Wellness Centres/ Comprehensive Primary Health Care in India during 2018-19 were Karnataka, Chattisgarh, Maharashtra, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh.
The expenditure of Rs. 380.5 lakh was incurred in Karnataka under activity of publicity for the programme for Ayushman Bharat during 2018-19, which accounted 31.35% of the total expenditure incurred under the same. There was expenditure of Rs. 185.84 lakh in Chattisgarh under activity of publicity for the programme for Ayushman Bharat during 2018-19. It accounted 15.31% of the total expenditure incurred under the same during the same period. The expenditure of Rs. 182.92 lakh was incurred in Maharashtra under activity of publicity for the programme for Ayushman Bharat during 2018-19, which accounted 15.07% of the total expenditure incurred under the same.
During 2018-19, there was expenditure of Rs. 177.42 lakh and Rs. 80.09 lakh in Odisha and Uttar Pradesh respectively under activity of publicity for the programme for Ayushman Bharat. Odisha accounted for 14.62% and Uttar Pradesh accounted for 6.6% of the total expenditure incurred under activity of publicity for the programme for Ayushman Bharat during 2018-19.
