Senior Citizens provided Institutional Assistance through Old Age Homes/Day Care Centers funded by the Government of India from 2015-16 to 2019-20

The number of senior citizens provided institutional assistance through old age homes/ day care centers funded by the government of India (GOI) was 22,920 in 2015-16. It has shrunk by -3.8% to 22,050 during 2016-17 above 2015-16. We have observed annual decline of -10.76% in senior citizens provided institutional assistance through old age homes/ day care centers funded by the GOI during 2018-19 from 18,350 during 2017-18. The number of senior citizens provided institutional assistance through old age homes/ day care centers funded by the GOI was 39,250 in 2019-20, up by 139.69% against 16,375 during 2018-19.

The maximum value of 39,250 has been seen in 2019-20 and minimum value of 16,375 has been found in 2018-19 in senior citizens provided institutional assistance through old age homes/ day care centers funded by the GOI during the period under consideration.
