Students Trained by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan from 2016-17 to 2018-19

The total number of students trained by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan was 7,194 during 2018-19; out of which 852 (11.84%), 3,827 (53.2%), 2,186 (30.39%) and 329 (4.57%) were trained in Under Graduation, Graduation, Post Graduation and Doctoral level respectively.

The number of students trained in Under Graduation category was 815 by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan in 2016-17. It has increased by 2.82% to 838 during 2017-18 above 2016-17. Annual growth of 1.67% has been seen in students trained in Under Graduation category by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan to 852 during 2018-19 against 2017-18. We have observed annual growth of 9.03% in students trained in Graduation category by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan to 3,962 during 2017-18 from 3,634 during 2016-17. There were 3,827 students trained in Graduation category by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan during 2018-19, down by -3.41% over 2017-18.

We have seen annual decline of -0.36% in students trained in Post Graduation category by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan from 2,534 during 2016-17 to 2,525 during 2017-18. The number of students trained in Post Graduation category by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan was 2,186 during 2018-19, down by -13.43% versus 2017-18. There were 201 students trained in Doctoral level by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan in 2016-17. It has surged by 49.25% to 300 during 2017-18 over 2016-17. Annual growth of 9.67% has been found in students trained in Doctoral level by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan to 329 during 2018-19 above 2017-18.
