In total there were 422.19 millions of Internet Subscribers as on 31st March, 2017. The top 10 Licensed Service Areas in terms of number of Internet Subscribers as on 31st March, 2017 were Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh (East), Gujarat, Karnataka, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan.
As on 31st March 2017, Maharashtra had the maximum number of Internet Subscribers i.e., 35.94 million. We found Tamil Nadu in second position with 32.32 millions of Internet Subscribers and Andhra Pradesh in third position with 31.8 millions of Internet Subscribers as on 31-03-2017. There were 28.58, 27.3, 26.87, 26.79, 24.77, 24.1 and 21.55 millions of Internet Subscribers in Uttar Pradesh (East), Gujarat, Karnataka, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan respectively as on 31-03-2017.
