State/UT-wise Allocation of Foodgrains during 2021-22

Total of 12,934.611 Lakh Metric Tonnes (LMT) foodgrains were allocated to the States/UTs during 2021-22 (till June 2021). The top 10 states in terms of allocation of foodgrains were Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Gujarat during 2021-22.

The highest food grains were allocated to Uttar Pradesh.
