Open Government Data Portal of Tamil Nadu https://tn.data.gov.in/ is a portal for supporting Open Data initiative of Government of Tamil Nadu. Presently the portal shares 560 resources under 109 catalogs from 22 departments. Majorly shared datasets are from department of “Economics and Statistics” which has 378 under 42 catalogues with the most recent resources being Statistical hand book 2016 for Education, Agriculture, Judicial Administration, Area and Population, Industries, Road and Transport, Animal Husbandry etc. “Energy Department, Tamil Nadu” has 51 resources under 6 catalogs. “Health and Family welfare department of Tamil Nadu” has total of 8 catalogs with 2 resources of Blood Storage Centres (Govt./Private) In Tamil Nadu, 1 resource on Recognised Medical Institutions (RMI) in Tamil Nadu, 5 resources for Blood Bank (Gov/Private/ESI) in Tamil Nadu etc.
