State/UT-wise Percentage of Children (12-23 months age) received Vaccinations in public health facility during 2015-16

According to NFHS-4 report, 90.7% Children of 12-23 months age have been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility in India. Whereas according to NFHS-3 report, 82% Children of 12-23 months age had been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility in India. According to NFHS-4 report, 94.2% and 82.1% Children of 12-23 months age have been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility in rural areas of India and urban areas of India respectively.

According to NFHS-4, there are 24 States/UTs which seen above the All India (90.7%) percentage of Children of 12-23 months age have been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility. As per NFHS-4, Lakshadweep has the highest 100% of Children of 12-23 months age have been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility followed by Odisha, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Tripura, West Bengal, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Haryana, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chandigarh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Delhi, Mizoram, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Uttarakhand with 98.3%, 97.9%, 97.5%, 97.4%, 96.6%, 96.4%, 95.7%, 95.5%, 95.3%, 94.8%, 94.4%, 94.4%, 94.1%, 93.9%, 93.3%, 93.1%, 92.9%, 92.4%, 92.3%, 92.2%, 91.7%, 91.6% and 91% respectively. According to NFHS-3, Sikkim had the highest 98.6% of Children of 12-23 months age had been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility.

According to NFHS-4, there are 12 States/UTs which seen below the All India (90.7%) percentage of Children of 12-23 months age have been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility. As per NFHS-4, Daman and Diu has the lowest 72.2% of Children of 12-23 months age have been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility followed by Goa, Kerala, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Punjab, Puducherry and Dadra and Nagar Haveli with 77.2%, 77.6%, 83.7%, 84.5%, 86.1%, 86.2%, 87.1%, 88.2%, 89%, 89.7% and 90.2% respectively. According to NFHS-3, Kerala had the lowest 66% of Children of 12-23 months age had been received most of the vaccinations in public health facility.
