State/UT-wise Crimes Committed by Foreigners during 2020

A total of 1,937 cases were registered in 2020 against foreigners as compared to 2,652 cases in the year 2019, showing a decrease of 27.0%.

The top 10 States/UTs in terms of crimes committed by foreigners were West Bengal, Karnataka, Delhi, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Tripura, and Haryana during 2020.

The highest crimes 635 were committed by foreigners in West Bengal during 2020.
