State/UT-wise Candidates Placed under PMKVY 2.0 during 2019-20

There were 671184 and 423345 candidates placed in India under PMKVY 2.0 during 2018-19 and 2019-20 respectively. The top 10 States/UTs with respect to candidates placed under PMKVY 2.0 during 2019-20 were Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Maharashtra and Karnataka.

The number of candidates placed in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Maharashtra and Karnataka was 62632, 43521, 30667, 28767, 23772, 22809, 21842, 18290, 18237 and 17252 respectively under PMKVY 2.0 during 2019-20.
