Total scheduled International passengers carried by all scheduled domestic airlines to & from India were 5005923 during 2004-05, out of which 2404435 passengers were carried to India and 2601488 passengers were carried from India. Annual growth of 17.6% has been observed in scheduled International passengers carried by all scheduled domestic airlines to & from India during 2004-05 over 2003-04.
We have seen 7.9% annual growth in scheduled International passengers carried by all scheduled domestic airlines to & from India during 2015-16 from 16905908 passengers during 2014-15. Annual growth of 13% has been observed in scheduled International passengers carried by all scheduled domestic airlines to & from India to 20619146 passengers during 2016-17 versus 18241494 passengers during 2015-16. Out of the total 20619146 passengers carried during 2016-17, 10195917 passengers were carried to India and 10423229 passengers were carried from India. Out of the total 18241494 passengers carried during 2015-16, 8957282 passengers were carried to India and 9284212 passengers were carried from India.
Maximum annual growth rate of 22.8% has been found in 2005-06 in scheduled International passengers carried by all scheduled domestic airlines to & from India during the period under consideration.
