Production of Synthetic Detergent Intermediates Petrochemicals from 2013-14 to 2020-21

The petrochemical products namely Linear Alkyl Benzene and Ethylene Oxide were produced under Synthetic Detergent Intermediates group during 2013-14 to 2020-21.

The total production of Synthetic Detergent Intermediates was 736.44 thousand metric tonne during 2020-21. The production of Linear Alkyl Benzene was 457.07 thousand metric tonne during 2019-20. The production of Ethylene Oxide was 279.37 thousand metric tonne during 2020-21.

Note – Figures in 000 MT. Production data in respect of PetroChemicals is based on MPRs received from manufacturers under large and medium scale units monitored by S&M Division of DCPC.
