The petrochemical products namely Synthetic Fibres / Yarn, Polymers, Synthetic Rubber, Synthetic Detergent Intermediates, Performance Plastics, Fibre Intermediates, Building Blocks- Olefins, Building Blocks- Aromatics, and Other Petro-Based Chemicals were produced during 2013-14 to 2020-21.
Total production of petrochemical products were 2,96,111.79 thousand metric tonnes from 2013-14 to 20220-20. The highest production of petrochemical products was 43,524.13 thousand metric tonnes during 2019-20. The lowest production of petrochemical products was 31,693.14 thousand metric tonnes during 2013-14.
Note – Figures in 000 MT. Production data in respect of PetroChemicals is based on MPRs received from manufacturers under large and medium scale units monitored by S&M Division of DCPC.
