The petroleum refining capacity in India was 215.07 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA) in 2015. It has surged by 6.97% to 230.07 MMTPA during 2016 above 2015.

The petroleum refining capacity in India was 249.87 MMTPA in 2020, up by 0.20% against 249.37 MMTPA during 2019.
