Delhi has highest Percentage of Schools having Functional Boys Toilet 100.0% in 2012-13 in comparison to other states. Andhra Pradesh has lowest Percentage of Schools having Functional Boys Toilet 68.49% in 2012-13 in comparison to other states. Nineteen States viz. A & N Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Odisha, Tripura, Uttarakhand and West Bengal are below the National estimate 89.64% in 2012-13.
