Increasing trend has been seen in India in Percentage of SC Girls Enrolment at Primary Level 48.5% in 2010-11 and 48.52% in 2012-13. Daman & Diu has highest Percentage of SC Girls Enrolment at Primary Level 45.88% in 2010-11 and 51.99% in 2012-13 in comparison to other states. A & N Islands has lowest Percentage of SC Girls Enrolment at Primary Level 30.07% in 2010-11 and 0.00% in 2012-13 in comparison to other states.

Seventeen States/UTs viz. A & N Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Mizoram, Nagaland, Punjab, Rajasthan and Sikkim are below the National estimate 48.52% in 2012-13.
