Mid-day Meal Provision 2012-13

The chart shows the percentage of schools in various states of India in which under the Mid-day Meal Scheme the mid-day meal is not prepared inside the school premises. In 2012-13, states/UTs such as Chandigarh, Delhi, Goa and Puducherry have the highest percentage of schools that don’t prepare mid-day meals inside school premises. On all India basis, mid-day meals were served in around 94% schools and 12.53% schools do not prepare mid-may meals inside school premises.
