Grid Power Generation Capacity Target and Achievement from New and Renewable Energy Sources in 2014-15

The target of grid power generation capacity from Wind Power was 2000 megawatts for the year 2014-15. The achievement was 2312 megawatts for the year 2014-15. It was 115.6% of target of grid power generation capacity from Wind Power.

The target of grid power generation capacity from Small Hydro was 250 megawatts for the year 2014-15. The achievement was 251.61 megawatts for the year 2014-15. It was 100.64% of target of grid power generation capacity from Small Hydro.

The target of grid power generation capacity from Bio Power was 100 megawatts for the year 2014-15. The achievement was 45 megawatts for the year 2014-15. It was 45% of target of grid power generation capacity from Bio Power.

The total target of grid power generation capacity from various new and renewable energy sources was 3770 megawatts for the year 2014-15. The achievement was 4089.18 megawatts for the year 2014-15. It was 108.47% of target of grid power generation capacity from new and renewable energy sources.
