Claims received and disbursed under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) as on 31-03-2021

The Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) is available to people in the age group 18 to 70 years with a bank account who give their consent to join/enable auto-debit on or before 31st May for the coverage period 1st June to 31st May on an annual renewal basis.

Total 57,716 claims were received as on 24th February 2021 while 44,353 were disbursed. As on 31st March 2021, total 58,540 claims were received while 45,472 were disbursed.
