Sector-wise Consumption (end use) of Kerosene in India from 2016-17 to 2019-20

Total consumption (end use) of kerosene in India was 2,396.8 thousand metric tonnes (TMT) during 2019-20. Out of which 2,173.7 TMT (93.4%) was used in domestic sector, 86.5 (2.8%) was used in commercial /industry sector and 136.6 (3.8%) was used in other sector during 2019-20.

We have observed annual growth of -32.7%, -11.1% and 4.3% in consumption (end use) of kerosene for domestic, commercial /industry and other sector respectively during 2019-20 against 2018-19.
