Buses Owned by the Public and Private Sectors during 2001-2012

During 2001-2012, number of buses owned by public sector has marginally increased at a CAGR of 1.2% and number of buses owned by private sector has increased at a CAGR of 10.4%. During this period number of total buses has increased at a CAGR of 9.2%. In comparison to 2011, buses owned by public sector and private sector in 2012 have increased by 0.9% and 4.9% respectively.
