The number of Aircraft Departures by All Scheduled Indian Airlines was 599902 during 2007-08. It has decreased by -7.97% to 552085 Departures during 2008-09 over 2007-08. Out of 599902 Aircraft Departures during 2007-08; 598562 (596711 scheduled and 1851 non-scheduled) departures were for revenue purpose and 1340 departures were for non-revenue purpose. Out of 552085 Aircraft Departures during 2008-09; 547746 (545222 scheduled and 2524 non-scheduled) departures were for revenue purpose and 4339 departures were for non-revenue purpose.
