The chart presents data on the number of houses sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) across various States and Union Territories in India, as of February 3, 2025. A total of 1,18,63,538 houses were sanctioned to beneficiaries under the scheme. The top 10 States/UTs in terms of the number of houses sanctioned are Andhra Pradesh (2137028), Uttar Pradesh (1776823), Maharashtra (1364923), Gujarat (1005204), Madhya Pradesh (961147), Tamil Nadu (680347), West Bengal (668953), Karnataka (638121), Rajasthan (319877), Bihar (314477).
